Questionnaire of Sustainability Material Topic and Anti-bribery for Stakeholders

Dear Sir/Madam: CHIMEI Group publishes sustainability report annually, disclosing our sustainability-related material topics, management goals, and performance. To ensure our report effectively engages our stakeholders, we designed this questionnaire based on GRI (Global Report Initiative), SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) and other relevant sustainability issues. We sincerely invite you to evaluate the importance of each issue of CHIMEI Group, which will help us understand their materiality, guide our information disclosure in sustainability report, and offer essential references for our sustainability policies and goals.

Based on the vision of sustainable operation, CHIMEI Corporation has established the anti-bribery management system in accordance with ISO 37001 and published the "Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles" on our official website. To better understand your expectations regarding anti-bribery, we sincerely invite you to complete the “Questionnaire of Anti-bribery for Stakeholders”, which is provided alongside this questionnaire. Your feedback will help us identify the anti-bribery issues you care about and continuously improve CHIMEI’s anti-bribery management system.

This questionnaire consists of three aspects, including governance, environment, and social, with a total of 33 issues. It takes about 5 to 8 minutes to complete. To increase the validity and accuracy of the results, please try not to choose the same answer for all questions.
