CHIMEI organizes Carbon Handprint Conference to Reduce Carbon Emissions with the Supply Chain
Experience Sharing
CHIMEI held the "From Carbon Footprint to Carbon Handprint: Sustainable Action Forum", inviting corporate partners from various sectors including household appliances, networking and communication, food containers, automotive, medical, and others to hear about CHIMEI’s experiences in carbon reduction. For example, our improvements in the energy consumption of factory power equipment, initiatives in circular economy and reuse, and projects targeting waste reduction during the logistic process. Meanwhile, we offered comprehensive sustainable materials solutions to clients, aiming to foster opportunities for collaborative efforts in enhancing carbon handprints.
Resource Investment
CHIMEI partners with banks and professional consultancy institutions to jointly organize an educational session on supply chain carbon reduction. This initiative has targeted our supplier chain partners, who are eager to reduce carbon emissions but lack expertise in doing so, to provide services such as greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory consultancy and introduction of carbon reduction technologies. For partners requiring financial assistance for equipment investments, banks will provide guidance on government policy-related subsidies and introduce sustainable finance solutions. Through various investment channels, we aim to become the best support for our supply chain partners in their carbon reduction efforts.

We are certified as Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) in August 2022, a recognition of our effort in sustaining the safety of the international cargo supply chain.
Recycling Support Program
We launched the “Recycling Support Program” on the eve of Earth Day in 2022, inviting colleagues to donate discarded helmets and electrical appliances at home. We transformed the discarded ABS products into recycled items and distributed to customers.
