ACRYPOLY®Optical PMMA Sheet
CHIMEI’s ACRYPOLY® PMMA Optical Grade Acrylic Sheets are optical plates manufactured with CHIMEI-produced optical grade polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). They feature good weather resistance, high heat resistance, high transparency and gloss, as well as stable physical, chemical, optical, and electrical properties. CHIMEI’s Optical PMMA Sheets are manufactured using the direct extrusion method without granulation. This process uses methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the main raw material, leading to cost-savings for our customers and improved brightness. CHIMEI’s ACRYPOLY® sheets can be widely applied for backlight light guide plates (LGP), scanners, lighting signage, and backlight modules. This material is UL certified.
ACRYSTEX®Optical MS Sheet
CHIMEI’s ACRYSTEX® Optical MS Sheets are optical plates manufactured with CHIMEI-produced optical grade styrene methyl methacrylate (SMMA). These sheets feature good weather resistance, high heat resistance, high transparency and gloss, as well as stable physical, chemical, optical, and electrical properties. To drive the creation of ultra- narrow border and ultra-thin screens, ACRYSTEX® Optical MS Sheets offer low water absorption, meaning they maintain high dimensional stability. They are widely used in backlight and optical grade light guide plates, scanners, cover films, lighting signage, and backlight modules. This material is UL certified.
KIBILITE®Optical PS Diffuser Plate
CHIMEI's KIBILITE® Optical PS Diffuser Plates are manufactured using CHIMEI-produced polystyrene (PS). These high-quality and cost-competitive diffuser plates are opaque, and effectively convert the midpoint of the backlight module or linear light sources to uniform surface light sources. CHIMEI’s diffuser panels have helped to drive the trend of ultra-narrow bezels and ultra-thin TVs. These panels are used in TFT-LCD backlight modules, lighting fixtures such as side or direct vertical panel lights, optical grade light guide plates, and lighting signage. This material is UL certified.
ACRYREX®PMMA Resin Optical
CHIMEI’s ACRYREX® Optical PMMA Resin is made with 99% methyl methacrylate (MMA) and 1% additives. It features good cleanliness, weather resistance, heat resistance, transparency, and gloss. It also exhibits stable physical, chemical, optical, and electrical properties. CHIMEI’s ACRYREX® Optical Grade PMMA Resin is widely used in the appli-cation of optical grade light guide plates, lighting signage, and backlight modules. Compared to other optical transparent resins, ACRYREX® Optical Grade PMMA Resin offers the highest transparency on the market. This material is UL certified.
ACRYSTEX®MS Resin Optical
CHIMEI’s ACRYSTEX® Optical MS Resin is composed of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene monomer (SM). It is anti-water-absorbent to provide dimensional stability, and features good weather resistance, high heat resistance, cleanliness, transparency and gloss, as well as stable physical, chemical, optical, and electrical properties. CHIMEI’s ACRYSTEX® Optical MS Resin is created by using CHIMEI-produced styrene methyl methacrylate (SMMA) resin, to consistently deliver the world’s highest optical performance. This material is used in TFT-LCD backlight modules and lighting fixtures, such as side or direct vertical panel lights, as well as optical grade light guide plates and lighting signage. This material is UL certified.
