In order to help new employees quickly adapt to the working environment, we plan a complete 5-day training course for new comers.

Mentorship Program

We implement the mentorship program to help new comers.

Every new employees is assigned a senior colleague designated by the department as a mentor.

The mentors share work experience to help new employees getting familiar with the work environment easily.

Appointment with New Employees

We care about the learning and adaptation of new employees.

Human Resources Department proactively arrange meetings to show caring & help new employees solving problems regarding work & life issues.

In response to future operational development directions and personal growth needs, we plan and carry out professional functional training trough on-the-job training (OJT), off-the-job training (Off-JT), and self-development (SD) to improve their personal professionalism and competitiveness.

Digital talent cultivation is an important driving force for CHIMEI’s digital transformation.

Since 2018, CHIMEI has continuously cultivated internal AI talents, continued to deepen the application of AI, and promoted the use of digital tools such as Power BI/RPA/Power BI that effectively assist employees to improve work efficiency.
