Quality Control is strict. The Chi Mei has implemented
TPM, 5S activity, small group activity, rationalization,
automation, efficient activity, CMI output upgrade
activity, as well as maintaining a high quality
upgrading system. The Chi Mei is overhauling the
computerization of the whole manufacturing system.
In order to increase customers trust, the Chi
Mei has started to carry out ISO-9000 quality
control systems since the middle of 1992.
