Resume Screening

During initial screening, resumes are sorted according to criteria such as educational background, academic publications and scores, work experience, professional certifications, etc. Candidates that are selected to proceed to the written test stage will be notified by e-mail.

Written Tests

Candidates will be tested in their English proficiency and professional knowledge. Those who pass the written tests will be invited by e-mail for face-to-face interviews.


Candidates may be interviewed by two or more managers or recruitment officers, offering a chance to deepen candidates’ understanding of their prospective role and responsibilities, and CHIMEI in general. Interviewees will be notified about the results by e-mail.

Medical Checkup

Successful interviewees will be invited for a medical checkup.

Letter of Employment

After careful evaluation of all interviewees, we will only notify successful candidates via telephone, and letters of employment will be sent by mail.
